Contract Operations:
- Manage end-to-end Growth contracting operations during the peak May–September period.
- Serve as the operational hub for the contracting pipeline, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts.
System and Automation Management:
- Troubleshoot workflow errors and signature packet issues in Ironclad as the day-to-day operator.
- Design and manage automation for bulk contract creation and execute workflows for high volume.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Partner across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations to keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously.
- Coordinate redline reviews with managed version control and track open issues with clear escalation summaries.
