Director, Project Delivery

The Director, Project Delivery will have demonstratable experience leading and managing a portfolio of business and team in Project Management and operational excellence. This role requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, managing a portfolio of accounts, driving operational excellence, enhancing processes, enforcing project standards, mentoring project managers, fostering client relationships, and resolving conflicts. The role requires someone with a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment. Expert skill level with MS Office, MS Project, and production tools is strongly preferred. Experience with digital campaigns and project methodologies is crucial.
