Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily deposit operations including account onboarding, wires, ACH, debit cards, check processing, and returns.
- Manage Treasury Management team and oversee commercial treasury operations.
- Drive operational improvements, resolve problems, and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
Team Leadership:
- Determine staffing needs, develop and mentor staff to maximize strengths and ensure operational depth.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with the bank's mission.
Strategic Growth:
- Coordinate with senior leadership on conversions, project plans, and new product implementations.
- Stay current on banking trends to assess needs for service enhancements and innovation.
