Support the People Attraction department by processing candidate documentation, administering assessments, and sending notices to ensure efficient candidate flow.
Maintain organized filing and tracking systems, prepare status reports, and log recruiting efforts for accurate reporting.
Communicate proactively with HR, candidates, and internal stakeholders while providing administrative support across multiple entities under the holding company.
Act as primary liaison between BDO, underwriter, borrower, and SBA for collateral review and loan documentation, managing loan application pipelines and ensuring timely closings.
Leverage extensive SBA knowledge to review loans for eligibility, ensure all loan files are properly documented and meet SBA and bank standards, and enter into ETRAN for approval.
Build strong relationships with borrowers and internal stakeholders, approach each interaction with a service-first mindset, and address questions and concerns promptly.
