Role Overview:
- Handle solar resource and energy yield assessments for utility-scale PV projects.
- Support operational performance of battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver technical insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-construction and operational solar resource assessments using PVsyst and MCP methodologies.
- Monitor BESS performance against modeled expectations and optimize asset profitability.
- Develop lifecycle cost models and analyze energy market data for revenue optimization.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in solar resource assessment or performance engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with PVsyst expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Python, R, or MATLAB.
