Role Overview:
- Lead the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a portfolio of utility-scale BESS and hybrid solar+storage assets.
- Serve as primary operational leader and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L, budgets, and long-term financial forecasts for assigned assets.
- Manage compliance with PPAs, credit agreements, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with operations and engineering to track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and 5-10 years of asset management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/RTO markets, project finance, and Microsoft Office.
