Job Description

As a Bilingual HR Support Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our employee services, providing support on HR-related topics and ensuring smooth internal operations. Responsibilities include responding promptly to HR-related inquiries via phone and email, logging and managing queries using internal ticketing systems and provide information and clarification on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and more. You will also maintain high standards of service quality, professionalism, and confidentiality and resolve queries effectively, taking ownership of individual performance metrics. The role requires fluency in German and English (B2 level or higher), strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills, solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
