Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team responsible for the month-end close for Global Operations, including general ledger, A/P, fixed assets, payroll, expense reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage the monthly close timeline process across all subsidiaries, including review of journal entries, inter-company transactions, account analyses, and reconciliations.
• Track and monitor differences between US GAAP and statutory reporting for subsidiaries in India, Netherlands, Brazil, and Poland.

Qualifications:

• NetSuite and Concur experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience with high growth, SAAS Tech Companies.
• Big 4 public accounting experience a plus.
