Role Overview:
- Lead independent validation across Monzo's credit model portfolio.
- Work with models for impairment, capital, stress testing, forecasting, and credit decisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Challenge model assumptions and perform statistical analyses.
- Write validation reports and present findings to committees.
- Partner with first line of defence and wider risk teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in credit model development or validation.
- Deep knowledge of statistical techniques and model risk management.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
