About the Role:
- This is a hands-on position for an experienced eCommerce operations professional to take ownership of inventory, supply chain, and Amazon marketplace operations.
- The role supports a growing Australian e-commerce brand selling across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations across Australia, US, and Canada.
- Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment, supplier coordination, and freight logistics.
- Handle catalogue content management, Seller Support cases, and AI workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
- Strong skills in inventory forecasting, Excel, and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude is preferred.
