Systems Manager, IT Clinical Admin Applications

This individual will be data-driven and skilled at thinking big for the long term and delivering measurable business results in the short term. The Manager IT Ops will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services for one of more Dignity Health facilities (acute and/or ambulatory). The Manager IT Ops will also represent the Director IT in various meetings, functions, and teams at the direction of the Director IT. Supervises staff including prioritizing and assigning work; assisting in the conducting of performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment. Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, external organizations and public representatives. Represents the organization at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities. Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs. Remote eligible.
