Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy
- Process trade orders from financial advisors
- Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements.
Requirements:
- 3 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience
- Adept and skilled with technology, 3 rd party software, and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
The Process:
- Candidates will start with a 15-30 minute zoom interview.
- You will be required to fill out a Career History Form
- Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
