Director of Engineering – Care Delivery (CA)

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Director of Engineering to lead software initiatives. This leader will drive the modernization of our platforms through AI and emerging technologies, ensuring our systems are safe, secure, reliable, and scalable. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver value to clinicians and patients by accelerating time to value and resolving technical debt. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams focused on nursing support domains, including clinical workflows, documentation, and care coordination. Champion the adoption of AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency. Drive architectural modernization efforts, including cloud-native transformation and technical debt remediation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, SRE, and compliance teams to deliver secure and reliable software. Establish and monitor engineering KPIs related to velocity, quality, and system reliability. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and grow engineering managers and senior technical talent.
