Engineering Manager, Meeting Spaces

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the team building Spaces, a new product line aimed at making it easier for businesses to discover and book meeting and event spaces. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to scale a new vertical within Engine, starting with a request-based model and expanding into broader inventory and booking capabilities. You will lead a high-performing engineering team by driving collaboration, growth, and accountability. Set clear goals, provide strategic direction, and develop talent to ensure long-term success. Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and technical excellence. You will also act as the bridge between engineering and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
