About the Role:

  • You will receive, organize, and validate operational information to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • You will monitor requests, deadlines, and pending issues while interfacing with internal teams and clients.
  • You will support process improvements and validate system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and track information in internal systems and controls.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational dashboards to consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • Identify inconsistencies, carry out corrective actions, and ensure traceability of all processed information.

Qualifications:

  • Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience with administrative, operational, back-office, or information analysis routines is a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of operational indicators and continuous improvement.
  • Process mapping abilities and ease with corporate systems.
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail, proactivity, and strong team communication.
