Product Design Manager

As a Design Manager at Vanta, you will manage and grow a team of designers working across multiple EPD squads, bringing new capabilities to the Vanta platform that help us better meet the needs of a wide range of customers. You will ensure our efforts across multiple teams fit together to form a coherent product, from design system details, to workflows, all the way up to mental models. Coach and mentor a growing team of Product Designers, providing the expertise, direction, and support needed for high performance. Build a best-in-class team, maintaining high standards for customer experience, design quality, and team cohesion. You will also contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, working with Engineering and Product partners.
