Finance Leader

Working as part of the Finance leadership team at Kraken, you will collaborate directly with the CFO to spearhead strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting, establishing a robust financial and operational partnership with Business Unit leaders. Responsibilities include supporting growth decisions such as pricing, commission structures, and investment sizing, while also owning the narrative behind top-line business performance and assisting with M&A due diligence and IPO readiness. This includes developing a strong budgeting and forecasting framework, assessing the financial impact of growth initiatives, and driving the creation and delivery of monthly financial insights. You will partner with various teams to provide financial support and improve the business partnership model. We are looking for a strategic finance leader with a broad range of experience in finance, and a solid understanding of accounting, tax and systems.
