Voice Acting Coordinator

Role Overview:

• Coordinate end-to-end Japanese voice production for video and motion comic adaptations.
• Work with script specialists, voice agencies, and internal creative teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality across a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Japanese voice production workflow from script readiness to final delivery.
• Conduct quality checks on scripts and voice outputs, coordinating corrections with the agency.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

Job Requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• 2+ years in project management, production management, localization, or voice production.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and quality-control skills.
