Technical Writer

Solicit, manage, and edit docs contributions from others (product, customer experience, engineering, sales, marketing, etc) throughout the company. Define, govern, and enforce information architecture, content type templates, style guidance, and taxonomy within the docs. Author new content to convey challenging and complex ideas, concepts, and tasks in an understandable way. Educate contributors on docs processes and best practices, while advocating for the end user. The candidate will research and become familiar with our tech stack to a degree that you can provide meaningful guidance and feedback and must have a strong sense of curiosity.
