About the Role:
- You’ll be the senior specialist on the evening shift, staying hands-on while guiding Junior Specialists.
- You’ll review and label content, flag imminent-risk cases, and handle escalations.
- You’ll coordinate with the Principal to keep the shift running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and label content, flagging imminent-risk cases for escalation.
- Support quality assurance through spot checks, calibration, and feedback.
- Support and develop Junior Specialists, including weekend crews.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years in law enforcement or related work.
- Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime.
- Experience mentoring or leading others.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 145,000 – 165,000 depending on experience and location.
- Generous PTO and 401(k) plan.
- Fully remote, U.S.-based role with dedicated mental health support.
