Hims & Hers is seeking a Research Operations Manager to join our Customer Insights & UX Research team on a full-time, six-month contract. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the research function, ensuring studies run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll manage tools, vendors, budgets, and processes that enable high-quality, scalable insights work, helping the team stay focused on strategic research that drives business impact.
You will manage day-to-day research operations across tools, vendors, and workflows, program, field, and distribute surveys using DIY research platforms, oversee participant recruitment, scheduling, incentive distribution, and QA for active studies, ensure a positive participant experience and uphold privacy, consent, and ethical research standards. This also includes partnering with Legal, Compliance, CRM, and cross-functional teams, maintaining research tools and vendor relationships, tracking timelines and budgets, creating and maintaining the central research repository, and supporting research enablement.
