Job Description
Maven is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the design strategy for foundational member experiences across platforms. This involves leading 0→1 product design for AI-powered tools, collaborating with engineering and product leadership to evolve Maven’s design system, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision. This role includes conducting user research, designing high-quality experiences throughout the product development cycle, and facilitating design workshops. The position requires 5–8 years of product design experience, proficiency in Figma, and strong collaboration skills. The work arrangement is a flexible hybrid model.
