Retail Construction Project Manager

Project Management:

-Lead the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs.

-Effectively manage Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast.

-Ensure project schedules are well planned and executed.

Collaboration and Communication:

-Collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance.

-Assist the retail team to accurately interpret construction information impacting the business.

-Partnering with SSP designers to deliver awe inspiring projects.

Technical Skills:

-Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry and millwork an asset.

-Ability to interpret all M.E.P plans, architectural plans and structural plans.

-Maintaining and developing project status / capex reports.
