Business Systems Analyst

As the Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Specialist) at Eon, you will own the architecture and backend setup of Salesforce and our GTM tech stack applications, enabling our teams to scale efficiently. You’ll drive system improvements, manage integrations with key GTM tools, and partner cross-functionally to turn business needs into robust, technical solutions. You’ll champion a data-driven culture by building tools, reports, and workflows that empower Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations to make informed, strategic decisions. You will own and manage all backend Salesforce configurations: custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automations, user roles, profiles, and permission sets. Administer integrations between Salesforce and core GTM tools including ZoomInfo, Slack, HubSpot, outreach platforms, dialers, and other sales enablement software. Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, along with the ability to implement and leverage AI tools or agents, is a strong advantage.
