Scrum Master

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping the team meet its goals. The Scrum Master will lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers (PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, etc.). They will also lead and build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation. across a highly cross-functional Agile software development team supporting CI/CD. The role promotes Agile quality practices, coordinates across organizations, and serves as a resource to answer questions. Additionally, advising government personnel on improvements to the standardization of processes and working directly with senior-level client leadership teams in client-delivery engagements is required.
