Sr. Product Owner – SaaS Experience

At MedTrainer, we’re scaling a platform that impacts thousands of providers. Great product leadership involves the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, translate complex requirements into actionable specifications, and collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver outcomes aligned with user needs and business priorities. Responsibilities include leading discovery efforts to uncover user needs and translate insights into product opportunities. Own and maintain a prioritized backlog, write Product Requirements Documents and user stories. Facilitate solution reviews, define test plans, and measure product outcomes post-release. Collaborate across distributed teams, fostering transparency and shared ownership. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS. Requires a track record leading initiatives end-to-end, strong collaboration skills, and deep knowledge of agile/scrum. Must manage competing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term vision. Strong communication skills are essential.
