Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at James Martin Vanities is responsible for assisting all customers with purchases and resolving issues in a timely manner. Typical activities include receiving emails and phone calls, delegating daily work, and assisting with escalated customer needs. The Representative will interact with various Managers from all other department groups to ensure customer needs are met.
This role requires ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating support needs to leadership, strategizing for efficiency gains, assisting with escalated concerns, answering post-sale customer questions, and collaborating with other members of the Customer Care Department. Compliance with company policies and procedures is vital.
