Associate Instructional Designer

In this position, you will help to maintain Sargent & Lundy’s existing training catalog by coordinating audits to validate course accuracy and revising course materials where appropriate. Materials could include Articulate Rise or Storyline courses, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, etc. You may also assist with developing supporting materials (job aids, handouts, etc.) for new training solutions. This position is focused on short-term/quick-turnaround assignments. The Associate Instructional Designer position reports to the Director of Learning & Organizational Change and works under the supervision of the Instructional Design Manager. The Training & Development group is positioned within Operations. While this is a remote position, occasional travel to the Chicago office is required.
