Responsibilities:

• Evaluate design outputs across formats like visual assets, layouts, websites, and prototypes.
• Distinguish weak design from clear, functional work and articulate issues.
• Refine, restyle, or recreate outputs to produce exceptionally strong examples.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated design excellence in at least one professional discipline such as graphic design or UI/UX.
• A portfolio showing strong taste and finished high-quality work.
• Sharp eye for visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, composition, and clarity.
