AI Tutor - Design Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated design outputs across formats such as visual assets, layouts, websites, and interactive prototypes.
• Identify weaknesses in visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and usability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop evaluation tasks, scoring rubrics, and reference examples.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated professional design expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, web design, game design, or illustration.
• Strong portfolio and excellent English communication skills for producing critiques and annotations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to evolving instructions.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, typically around 10 hours per week.
