Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

Work with a diverse group of experts who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex workflows and enhance productivity for our global user base. The role reports to the Director of Design. Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping to final design implementation. Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across DroneDeploy’s platform. Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to create designs that deeply resonate with user needs and drive business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to align designs with business objectives and resource constraints. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on real-world feedback to continuously enhance the user experience. Present and articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
