Public Policy & Legislative Affairs Senior Manager

The Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team operates across a wide and diverse spectrum of functions and workstreams, encompassing government relations, policy expertise on various issues, risk and crisis management, outreach, partnerships, and coalition-building. The team’s mission is to design and advocate for effective solutions to critical gaming and technology challenges, fostering a political, legislative, and regulatory landscape that protects people while also encouraging growth and innovation for our business. As a Public Policy & Legislative Affairs you will: Develop and implement public policy strategies to advance Kaizen Gaming’s business objectives in the Brazilian Congress; Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments affecting the GameTech industry; Engage with lawmakers and staff to advocate for Kaizen Gaming’s policy positions and interests; Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Product, to align business objectives with public policy goals; Build and maintain strong networks with relevant stakeholders, including lawmakers, policymakers, industry leaders, and advocacy groups; Provide strategic advice to leadership on emerging policy issues and their potential impact on the company’s operations and growth; Prepare and deliver written reports, policy briefs, and presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders; Represent Kaizen Gaming in industry coalitions, conferences, and public policy forums; Promote a positive reputation for Kaizen Gaming through proactive engagement with stakeholders and thought leadership; Lead crisis management efforts from a public policy perspective, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
