Staff Accountant – Finance & Accounting Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant with strong experience in reconciliations, accounting cleanup, and financial reporting support to help drive our finance & accounting transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building structure out of complexity, enjoys working with large volumes of accounting data, and can produce clear, well-documented schedules that connect financial statements to the operational performance of the business. Key Responsibilities include performing reconciliations, building balance sheet schedules, and designing processes that strengthen reporting discipline. The candidate will also conduct tests of balance sheet accounts, develop structured reconciliation schedules, and translate financial statements into indicators of operational performance.
