What You'll Do:
- Daily work in process management for all warranty repairs.
- Review warranty invoice information and documentation to ensure it is ready for processing.
- Collaborate with Services teams on feedback of improper procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant work experience in customer service, warranty claims, and technical product support or knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate and positively engage with team members, vendors, and customers to favorably obtain necessary information and resolve warranty claims
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
