Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will define & champion strategic product-led growth, articulate the UX vision, and set the direction for leveraging AI and automation across products. You will build executive-level partnerships with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Business Leadership to influence product roadmaps and overall company strategy. A deep culture of user empathy will be instilled across the organization, ensuring design decisions are rooted in customer understanding. You will mentor, coach, and inspire a team of designers, fostering their professional growth, and shaping the next generation of design leaders, while anticipating future trends and technological shifts, particularly in AI and human-computer interaction.
