What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with engineering and design to explore, test, and optimize prompt engineering frameworks for open-ended generative AI features, such as an interactive "Ask Acorns" experience.
- Research customer interaction models and handoff experiences from LLMs to downstream features, providing clear recommendations and hypotheses for product experimentation that drive customer retention.
What You Will Bring:
- A deep curiosity and foundational understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and emerging search landscapes (GEO/SEO).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to mapping customer journeys, diagnosing friction points, and structuring A/B tests.
