Director, FP&A

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's planning processes, capital allocation strategy, and performance measurement frameworks to improve decision-making.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and high-stakes investment decisions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team while acting as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting, with 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional financial modeling skills and a strong command of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, displaying excellent communication skills and a bias toward action.
