Contract Manager

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including intake, redlining, stakeholder review, execution, and post-signature obligations tracking. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure contracts meet internal requirements and government procurement standards. Support negotiations of business and commercial terms (e.g., pricing, deliverables, service levels, payment schedules) with domestic and international government customers. Serve as the primary owner of the contract repository and workflow tools. Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and government regulations, escalating legal or compliance concerns as needed. Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and bid-related documents, ensuring proper alignment with contractual frameworks and capabilities. Maintain accurate records for correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and those in progress.
