Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives shaping the evolution of the data platform, partnering with product, design, and engineering.
- Own complex projects from concept through production, driving alignment and enabling platform scalability across new products and global use cases.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in CS (Master's preferred).
- Experience with ETL systems like DBT and Airflow, strong SQL knowledge, and proficiency in Python and a JVM language.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base compensation range of $160,000 – $200,000 USD per year, varying based on qualifications and location.
