Senior Autonomy Support Engineer

Essential Responsibilities:

• Investigate reported fleet issues for root cause.
• Track and categorize common issues.
• Escalate when necessary to the Autonomy Software Engineering teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to understand and relate to the agile startup and engineering mindset.
• Ability to compose technical documentation such as how-to and debugging guides.
• Ability to see patterns in data and log review to classify similarities and differences in cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
