• Reach a 30% win rate on your picks by day 90.
• Turn around every edit review within 48 hours with zero quality complaints.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Real time inside short-form as an editor, social manager, or clipper.
• Examples of selected moments with performance numbers.
• Comfort in Frame.io and ClickUp, and reliable daily overlap with Pacific Time.
