Role Overview:
- Lead a team of five engineers and QA specialists in a fully remote environment.
- Oversee technical delivery from architecture through testing and operational handover.
- Collaborate with international teams to establish scalable engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Full MVNO architecture including subscriber databases, packet core, and signalling.
- Ensure regulatory compliance including lawful interception and emergency routing.
- Drive quality assurance and testing to meet performance and reliability standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in mobile core networks and two years in technical leadership.
- Expertise in HSS/HLR, packet core, VoLTE, and signalling protocols.
- Experience with MVNO integrations and cross-market regulatory requirements.
