Senior Operations Analyst

The Senior Operations Analyst will join the Care Operations team, focusing on optimizing provider engagement and response times. You will analyze workforce performance and marketplace dynamics to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery. This involves leveraging data to uncover trends, monitoring provider engagement, and identifying gaps in coverage or responsiveness. You'll report to the Associate Director, Care Team Acquisition and Engagement, playing a critical role in surfacing insights and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve provider experience, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. This role is highly collaborative.

You will also monitor and optimize provider response times, develop and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics, identify operational inefficiencies, lead deep-dive analyses, and drive provider engagement strategies. Your work will also involve designing and running experiments, segmenting the provider population, tracking high-risk providers, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
