Lead design projects end-to-end with user-centered design processes for high-quality product experiences.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to gather feedback and negotiate trade-offs.
Develop understanding of ML/AI technologies to elevate user experience and contribute to design system evolution.

Qualifications:

6+ years in Product Design with proven ability to translate operational complexity into intuitive experiences.
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, research tools, design systems, and AI-powered workflows.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming concepts; bonus for experience with U.S. Military.
