Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development experience with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on ability in modern web architecture, REST APIs, relational databases, and secure multi-tenant cloud systems.
- Proven Agile/Scrum delivery, hiring, and executive communication skills.
Team Leadership:
- Directly manage and mentor a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers, engineers, and QA staff.
- Establish clear communication norms, documentation practices, and handoff processes to keep a globally distributed team aligned.
