Staff Product Manager, Tenant Scale

About the role:

• Set product direction for how GitLab supports large, complex customers as they grow across departments, projects, and regions.
• Focus on tenant data portability, scalability, and a unified deployment model across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed.
• Work at the intersection of product strategy, infrastructure, and customer needs, including cellular architecture.

What you'll do:

• Drive product strategy and annual plans for tenant portability and platform unification.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements for a unified deployment platform.
• Engage with customers to understand isolation, regionality, compliance, and operational readiness needs.

What you'll bring:

• Experience managing product work in infrastructure, scalability, or platform architecture.
• Comfort working with deeply technical engineering teams and translating technical concepts into product plans.
• Expertise in qualitative customer interviewing and building business cases for investment.
