The Service Desk Analyst will provide first-level technical support for IT end-users via phone, email, and chat; troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software (proprietary and commercial applications) remotely. Responsibilities include documenting, categorizing, and prioritizing all tickets, escalating unresolved issues with detailed information, adhering to documented processes, and contributing to maintaining high customer experience standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates self-direction in meeting performance metrics and continuously grows knowledge of Service Desk procedures.
