Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be an integral part of the finance team. You will be responsible for managing core accounting functions including accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and maintaining critical month-end schedules. Additionally, you will lead process improvements, work collaboratively across teams, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. You will own the full AP and AR cycle, manage coding of credit card transactions, record cash receipts and disbursements daily, prepare monthly journal entries, maintain general ledgers & trial balances, and manage cryptocurrency accounting and reconciliations. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with state-specific reporting requirements.
