Responsibilities:
- Maintain stability of a distributed microservice control plane and debug complex Kubernetes issues across multiple regions.
- Automate database lifecycle operations and participate in on-call rotation for incident response and root cause analysis.
Development:
- Develop back-end features and Kubernetes controllers to extend platform capabilities for Tiger Cloud.
- Enhance observability systems and improve deployment reliability with a focus on Go/Kubernetes best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software/platform engineering experience with 2+ years of Go and Kubernetes in production.
- Experience with distributed systems, PostgreSQL administration, and infrastructure tools like Terraform and Helm.
