Field Examiner Senior

About the Role:

• Serve as the focal point for controlling risk and disseminating information gained from onsite examination of Pathward's Working Capital Clients.
• Use strengths to educate, strategize with, and continually mentor those involved in the field exam process.

What You Will Do:

• Verify accuracy of client recordkeeping and reporting to the Bank, reconciling to Bank records as requested.
• Ensure facility is managed in adherence with approved client narrative and recommend exit strategies to senior management.
• Track time spent at client locations to ensure proper billing and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience, typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Action oriented, detail oriented, strong communication skills, and customer focus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $72,000 – $120,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
